Nollywood: AY at it again!!

Nigerian award winning actor and stand-up comedian Ayodeji Richard Makun popularly known as AY is at it again!! Apparently something is cooking in AY’s Kitchen as he and his production team are in works for a new movie “10 Days in Sun City”.
 All we know is production has commenced, the movie stars Adesua  Etomi, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Amanda DuPont, Annie Idibia, 2 face Idibia, Celeste Ntuli, Alibaba, Alex Elubo and a lot of other nollywood celebrities.

Last year, AY produced and acted along side Funke Akindele-Bello (Jenifa) in a “Trip to Jamaica” where we see a lot of shenanigans from them both as they make a visit to Jamaica and things get out of control, this movie grossed about N168 Million in Box Office within the first 3 months and let’s not forget AY’s consistency in integrating and blending the roles of every character and their cultures..

30 Days in Atlanta (2014) , AY’s first movie, co starring Ramsey Noauh,  Juliet Ibrahim,  Majid Michel saw AY and his cousin played by Ramsey Noah win an all expense paid trip to Atlanta where AY as usual get into trouble and falls in love, 30 days in ATL grossed N137 Million in Box Office and broke a record for Nollywood in the Guinness Book of Record, with its successor A Trip to Jamaica breaking that same record in 2016, I can only imagine what 10 Days in Sun City holds in store for us. 

AY’s movies are known to be Overindulgent, humorous and plain silly at times but hey, that’s why it’s AY and that’s why we love them!
