Director Mel Gibson was left ecstatic as his film Hacksaw Ridge won two Oscars for Best Sound Mixing and Best Film Editing at the Academy Awards on Sunday night.The 61-year-old’s historical drama is up for six gongs at the esteemed awards, including Best Director, Best Picture and Best Actor. Peter Grace, Robert Mackenzie, Kevin O’Connell and Andy Wright took the stage to collect their statuettes for Best Sound Mixing.
